If you need to access the Voicemail of another Extension from your handset, follow these simple steps:

1. Press voicemail button (envelope icon) or dial 666.
2. When prompted for your PIN number, Press the # Key.
3. Enter the extension number of the Extension’s Voicemail you wish to access when prompted
4. Enter the PIN number for that Extension when prompted followed by #

You can now proceed with the voicemail prompts as normal.
