1. Open TeamViewer_Setup.exe by clicking on the downloaded file (single- or double-click, depending on your setup).
2. When the Open file – security warning pop-up appears, please continue with the installation by clicking Run. Please make sure to verify the publisher shows as TeamViewer Germany GmbH.
3. Select Default Installation under How do you want to proceed? and click Accept – next. The installation will start.
4. Click the checkbox to accept the TeamViewer EULA and DPA.
5. Click Continue to finish the installation.

How to install TeamViewer (Mac) #

1. The download of TeamViewer.dmg starts automatically after clicking the download button. Depending on the setup of your device, you will find the download in the lower part of your browser window or in the Downloads folder of your computer.
2. Open TeamViewer.dmg by clicking on the file (single- or double-click, depending on your setup), then click the Install TeamViewer Remote icon.
3. You can now install TeamViewer Remote software on your device.

After installation TeamViewer should give you an ID and Password to give to your Engineer.

NOTE: only give this ID and Pwd to people you trust as it gives them full control of your system.
